If you changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel or change it, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
If your order has yet to be processed, then we can successfully stop the order and you will receive a cancellation confirmation of the order and we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If your order has already shipped when your request to cancel or change is made, cancellation or change of the order will not be possible. You will need to follow the instructions on our Return Policy page. Refusal of delivery will not cancel your order.
