At CS Metal Art Decor & Gifts our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days from your date of delivery using the method outlined below. If 15 days or more have passed since your delivered date, we cannot offer you a refund. Note: Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund under any circumstances unless otherwise stated during time of purchase.
We want to make your return as easy as possible. First complete the Return Form found in your package with your Invoice. Be sure to fill in the Reason Code. Completion of the Return Form will expedite the processing and ensure the accuracy of your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and secured for shipping. Your item will need to have the original Invoice along with the Return Form included with the item. Your item will need to be returned by the same carrier that it was originally shipped to you from CS Metal Art Decor & Gifts.
If you are returning your item because it is defective or an error was made on our part, you will not be charged for return shipping. If you are returning your item for any other reason, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
IMPORTANT: If your item was damaged in shipping please contact us immediately, we will need to get details of damage from you to resolve the matter with the shipper.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) except for the shipping charge unless we find the item is defective or an error was made on our part. In that case shipping charges will also be refunded.
